I was entered Veterinary Medicine major in Gadjah Mada University. Before, i even don't know at all about this major. I just knew about human doctor or dentist. i got influenced from my father's friend that this major still have big chance in job seeker later. In Indonesia, veteriner just little amount and among thousands job vacancy just hundreds which graduated per year. He also make me dreaming if i can go to Japan in case i get scholarship, but until now, i can't get it (sad)
In here i can learn how to handling and restrain animal. You know, before i was afraid of animal especially cat and dog because they have canine teeth that made me scared. In the beginning i just too afraid to touch them but slowly i can close to them even i can feed the dog (laugh)
From first semester, i learnt about anatomy of animal. A bit different with human but similar especially for mammals. So many terms and lots of infos that i have to memorized.
second semester i can learnt about physiology of animal body. Its confusing because our brain must think systematically. Next lessons about the diseases many system. I think reproduction matters is the hardest material because alike in physiology. All conditions are connected each other
Thanks to God i can learn from college and still long way to go to be a Vet. I always dream to go and study in Japan. Always failed because all my fault. Well, that's life. No human with no mistake but i will do my best again until i get the scholarship. Now, i have to attending co-ass lesson for a year and half. I must face it bravely and with no scared and i hope after pass to be a Vet i can register to master degree (pray)
